Thank you for choosing Woah Nation BR Photo Booth. To ensure a smooth booking process and clear understanding, please carefully review the payment instructions and acknowledgments below. By submitting any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Booking & Deposit Policy
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date
• Your event date is not secured until payment is received
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date
• Prices are based on events of up to 100 guests unless otherwise specified
• Additional services, time extensions, or add-ons must be approved prior to payment

Once payment is received:

✔ Final details will be reviewed prior to your event
If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Important Acknowledgments & Legal Terms
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• All payments are non-refundable, including deposits
• Payments confirm your intent to book services with Woah Nation BR Photo Booth
• No refunds will be issued due to event cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show
• Remaining balances must be paid on time or services may be withheld
• Additional fees may apply for overtime, travel, damages, or special requests
Woah Nation BR Photo Booth is not responsible for:
• Inclement weather
• Venue restrictions
• Guest behavior
• Equipment misuse by attendees
Media Release & Content Usage Notice
By booking and/or attending an event serviced by Woah Nation BR Photo Booth, you grant permission for photos and videos captured during your event to be used for:
• Marketing
• Social media
• Website content
• Promotional materials
If you wish to opt out, a written request must be submitted prior to the event date.
Liability Disclaimer
Woah Nation BR Photo Booth shall not be held liable for:
• Any injuries caused by guest misuse of equipment
• Lost or damaged personal items
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control
Clients agree to assume responsibility for guests’ actions during the event.
